Takeda Recognized with the ISPE Company of the Year Award for Outstanding Leadership and Support
The 2024 ISPE International Honor Awards enable the ISPE community to recognize and celebrate the dedicated professionals who volunteer countless hours to support ISPE and its mission. This year’s awards were presented in October at the 2024 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo in Orlando, Florida, USA.
ISPE awarded Takeda the 2024 Company of the Year Award for its outstanding leadership and support for ISPE’s mission and community. Over the past five years, Takeda has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to ISPE with its employees actively shaping ISPE’s committees, driving impactful conferences, and championing critical initiatives.
Takeda's mission—"better health for a brighter future"—perfectly complements ISPE’s goal of advancing global pharmaceutical knowledge through collaboration and innovation. By embedding their expertise into ISPE’s top priorities and fostering connections with regulators, industry leaders, and service providers, Takeda has played an instrumental role in driving progress across the pharmaceutical landscape.
This award celebrates Takeda’s dedication to making a meaningful impact and strengthening the bonds that propel our industry forward. Congratulations to Takeda for this well-deserved recognition!
This recognition means that our efforts in the pharmaceutical industry are seen and appreciated by our peers and ISPE. It is an honor for us to be acknowledged for our contributions to the industry.

Takeda leverages ISPE resources in a variety of ways: “ISPE provides a huge network of industry peers, suppliers, and service companies through conferences and events. The guidance documents provided by ISPE working groups are also well recognized by authorities and used by all pharma companies. ISPE also supports training programs for our employees, which is a great resource for their development and also provides networking opportunities,” shared the Takeda representative.
By joining conferences, discussion forums, and CoPs, companies can learn from best practices and improve their processes and innovation. Our main advice is to contribute and be part of the network.
