As fall approaches, it brings with it one of the most anticipated events in our industry: the 2025 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo. More than just a conference, it’s a dynamic gathering where pharmaceutical professionals from around the world come together to exchange ideas, explore innovations, and strengthen our global community.

This year’s meeting takes place 26–29 October 2025 in Charlotte, NC, US, and online. Whether you’ll be joining in person or virtually, the 2025 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo is your chance to engage with thought leaders, grow your network, and be part of shaping what’s next in pharmaceutical science.

As always, Women in Pharma is excited to take on the week with a full slate of programming designed to inspire, connect, and empower. From a transformational workshop and our signature Monday night event to mentoring opportunities and committee planning sessions, Women in Pharma invites you to be part of an impactful experience that continues to expand what leadership and community look like in our industry. Our presence at ISPE’s Annual Meeting & Expo represents the culmination of a year of collective momentum—and an invitation to everyone committed to building a more supportive industry. We hope you’ll join us in Charlotte to reflect, connect, and help shape the next chapter. Here’s everything you have to look forward to.

Women in Pharma Sunday Workshop

In an industry driven by innovation and precision, many people struggle with self-doubt, career transitions, and the quiet assumption that great work should speak for itself. This transformational Women in Pharma Workshop will help participants challenge imposter syndrome, reflect on personal and professional identity, and gain tools to confidently navigate career evolution.

Led by Charlotte-based executive coach and leadership expert Jessica Bronzert of The Sparks Group, the session will draw on insights from the acclaimed books Working Identity by Herminia Ibarra and Finding Your Own North Star by Martha Beck. Through a dynamic blend of keynote insights, interactive discussion, and a powerful panel of leaders, attendees will be inspired to own their voice, reimagine success, and take strategic action in their careers.

Whether you’re facing a crossroads or simply seeking greater alignment between your passion and your profession, this workshop is your starting point for purposeful progress.

  • Insights into self-promotion and visibility from a gender-lens perspective
  • Stories of real women navigating career pivots successfully
  • Community connection and inspiration to take your next bold step
