What is the deadline for speaker submissions?
The deadline for speaker submissions varies based on the conference. Please visit the official ISPE Conference website to view the upcoming proposal deadlines. Late submissions may not be considered, so please ensure you submit your proposal on time.
What are the requirements for presentations?
Presentations should be in PowerPoint format, be in the ISPE conference template, and adhere to the conference guidelines. Ensure your slides are clear, concise, and professional.

Will there be a rehearsal for speakers?
No, industry speakers do not have scheduled rehearsals. Please arrive 15 minutes before your session to familiarize yourself with the AV equipment and review your slides.
How long should my presentation be?
Presentations should be 20-25 minutes long, leaving 5-10 minutes for Q&A. Please adhere to the time limit to ensure the schedule runs smoothly.
When should I arrive at the conference?
PSpeakers should arrive at least 15 minutes before their 90-minute session to check in and prepare.
