• How can I apply to be a speaker?

  To apply as a speaker, please submit your proposal through the official ISPE Conference website by clicking the “Call for Proposals” tab on the right-hand side. Include a detailed abstract, your biography, and any relevant experience.   

• What topics are of interest for ISPE conferences? 

  If you would like to edit you registration, please send the request to Member Services or call us at +1-813-960-2105 to make the change as soon as possible prior to the conference.  

• What is the deadline for speaker submissions? 

  The deadline for speaker submissions varies based on the conference. Please visit the official ISPE Conference website to view the upcoming proposal deadlines. Late submissions may not be considered, so please ensure you submit your proposal on time.  

• What are the requirements for presentations? 

  Presentations should be in PowerPoint format, be in the ISPE conference template, and adhere to the conference guidelines. Ensure your slides are clear, concise, and professional.  

• Where can I find all the event deadlines for speakers?

• Will there be a rehearsal for speakers? 

  No, industry speakers do not have scheduled rehearsals. Please arrive 15 minutes before your session to familiarize yourself with the AV equipment and review your slides. 

• How long should my presentation be? 

  Presentations should be 20-25 minutes long, leaving 5-10 minutes for Q&A. Please adhere to the time limit to ensure the schedule runs smoothly.  

• When should I arrive at the conference? 

  PSpeakers should arrive at least 15 minutes before their 90-minute session to check in and prepare.  

• Who can I contact for assistance? 

  Please contact the conference organizers via the information provided in your speaker confirmation email.  

• Will my presentation be available to attendees after the conference? 

  Yes, recordings of all presentations will be made available to attendees through the virtual conference platform.  

• How can I provide feedback about my experience as a speaker?

  We value your feedback! Please complete the post-conference survey sent to your email or contact the conference organizers directly.
