Magazine had a great year in 2018 with the launch of PE Online. In case you missed them, here are the most popular PE Online articles from 2018.

In 2008 a group of Computerized Systems Validation experts from Belgium and the Netherlands formally started a local ISPE GAMP® Community of Practice. The GAMP® CoP Benelux has organized local events for discussion of hot GAMP®-related topics. They are globally embedded in a strong ISPE GAMP® network.

On 11 October 2018 in Brussels, GAMP® COP Benelux celebrated its 10th anniversary during a full-day seminar with lessons learned, case studies, shared experiences, and inspirational speeches about topics including the GAMP 5 framework, computerized systems validation, digital health, manufacturing 4.0, and data privacy.

The GAMP 5 principles and concepts are still relevant today, focusing on quality and supporting innovation and digital technologies. The current scope now includes more than automated manufacturing processes and business challenges, leading to more collaboration and smarter compliance.

The GAMP® CoP Benelux Steering Committee includes Tom De Rudder, Chair, Novartis; Frans Leijse, Vice Chair, ITC Validation Consultants; René van Opstal, Webmaster, Van Opstal Consulting; Joost Havers, Secretary, Xendo; Michel Fraipont, Treasurer, GSK Vaccines; Frans Boeijen,; Marcel Schakel, PQM Consultancy; Gerard Gorka; Teva Pharmachemie; Kurt Van der Aa, MSD; and Pascal Vande Gucht, UCB.

We’d like to feature your group in an upcoming ISPE Briefs! Share the highlights of training programs, conferences, social events, or other activities with ISPE members. Article length is 250–400 words; photos should be 300 dpi or > 1 MB. Send both to Susan Sandler, Editorial Director.
