I recently stumbled upon my old training material from when I was a trainer at my previous job. Instructors and trainers were strongly advised to adapt their teaching methods to suit the learning styles of the next generation. Gamification has proven its worth with Generations Z and Alpha, so we were encouraged to use it. However, the value of gamification is not just restricted to younger generations.
