Rebecca Roscher, MSc, is a Project Manager at the GP Grenzach Produktions GmbH, a Bayer-owned production facility in Grenzach-Wyhlen, Germany, where she leads and supports projects in process engineering, plants and critical utilities. She is a trained scientist in molecular medicine specializing in the research and development of new drug agents/therapeutics focusing on immune therapies and cell and gene therapy platforms. Her interest in pharmaceutical engineering was sparked after joining ISPE in 2020. As the Ex Officio member of the ISPE International Board of Directors for 2024-2025, Rebecca represents and advocates the interests of young professionals as part of the ISPE Emerging Leaders Community of Practice. Within ISPE, she is active on an international level as member of the Communities of Practices ATMPs and Project Management, contributing to guidelines, articles and conferences.
