Important Dates & Deadlines

September 15 Discount price deadline for custom Shepard rentals
  Exhibitor appointed contractor notification deadline
  First day for warehouse deliveries without a surcharge
September 21 Hotel discount rate expires or until the room block is full 
September 25 Discount price deadline for standard Shepard orders 
October 6 Exhibitor badge registrations, guest pass registrations, cancellations, and substitution deadline
October 9 Last day for warehouse deliveries without a surcharge
October 13 Last day for warehouse deliveries
October 15 First Day Freight Can Arrive at Show Site
Exhibitor Move-in from 0800-1700
October 16 Exhibitor Move-out from 0800-1500
October 18 Exhibitor Move-out from 1300-1800 (breaking down of exhibits prior to 1300 is not permitted) 

Exhibitor Packages

The following items are included in the expo hall packages.

Booth Packages:

All booth packages include the following:

  • 8’ high backwall drape, 3’ high sidewall drape (grey)
  • One 6’x2” skirted table
  • 7" x 44" cardstock identification sign
  • Two side chairs
  • One waste basket
  • Company listing on the 2023 ISPE Annual Meeting and Expo mobile app
  • Welcome reception, lunch, and networking breaks held in Expo Hall
  • Three complimentary exhibitor badges for access to Expo Hall only
  • Two additional exhibit staff badges available for purchase ($150 each)
  • Option to upgrade exhibit staff to a $500 Full education conference registration
  • 10 free exhibit hall guest passes

Important Notes:

Additional expenses associated with the exhibit, including lights, phone, carpeting, electrical connections, additional furnishings, etc., will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Electric/Power to exhibit spaces is NOT included. Any exhibitor that needs power at their booth will need to place an order with the vendor. Order forms can be found in Shepard’s Exhibitor Kit.

The exhibit hall is not carpeted. Exhibitors Will need to purchase floor covering for their booth.

Pre-show promotions are an effective way to drive attendance to your exhibit. Graphics are available for your use on your website, eblasts, flyers, and advertisements to promote your participation at the 2023 ISPE Annual Meeting and Expo Conference. There are also sharable links to your booth and directory listing available in your Exhibitor Dashboard. Look for the 'Share Your Show Presence' tile.
