Interactive Q&A session: Managing Energy and Effectiveness

(Missed the Managing Energy and Effectiveness Webinar? Watch it again with the recording below.)

The UK Affiliate is pleased to create a series of Balance in Pharma webinars to allow members to develop their professional skills and to promote diversity in the pharmaceutical industry workplace. These are free to attend webinars, open to the whole ISPE community.

In our first webinar, we explored Energy and Effectiveness in the workplace. We touched upon several common challenges, identified some mindset shifts and introduced some approaches and tools to help us regain command of situations and understand the important interplay between time and energy management.

This interactive session will allow us to dig into the topic a little deeper by expanding on some of the chatbox comments made during the previous webinar and allowing attendees to ask questions. Catherine will begin by exploring what you took from the session for example:

  • What were your key insights or learnings?
  • What have you done differently in the past few weeks as a result of what you have learned?
  • Did you try to implement any of the tools or strategies? What worked? What didn't?
  • If you got stopped, what stopped you? What didn't make sense?

This is a space for you to bring your perspectives, to ask questions and for us to share experiences as a group.

The aim is that we can all learn and deepen our understanding of what we need as individuals, team members, and leaders and how we can better manage our energy and increase our effectiveness so that we can thrive, rather than just survive, the work week!

The webinars will be:
