Zen-Zen Yen is Industry Principal Pharma at Eschbach, where she champions the digitalization of daily operations to eliminate Excel sheets from the pharmaceutical shop floor and drive the sustainable implementation of operations systems. With a master’s degree in Biotechnology from TU Braunschweig and ten years of experience at Bayer AG, she brings broad expertise in biotech and engineering, including leadership roles in CapEx project management and delivery, maintenance, and engineering and operations management as Engineering Director. Zen-Zen is passionate about digital transformation, innovation, and connecting people and knowledge across the value chain. She is also an advocate for advancing women in engineering and the pharmaceutical industry.
