Currently serving as Industry Principal Pharma at eschbach, Zen-Zen partners with leading pharmaceutical manufacturers to eliminate information silos, enhance team collaboration, and enable real-time, compliant, and data-driven decision-making on the production floor. Before joining eschbach, Zen-Zen spent nearly 10 years at Bayer AG, where she held several leadership roles, including Head of Engineering and Head of Maintenance Operations at the Supply Center Grenzach.
