The International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) announced training partnerships with the Institute of Technology Management at the University of St. Gallen (ITEM–HSG), in St. Gallen, Switzerland, and the National Institute of Bioprocessing Research and Training (NIBRT), in Dublin, Ireland. Joining Tampa, Florida as brick-and-mortar training locales, these collaborative initiatives unite expertise from three esteemed organizations.
“ISPE continuously strives to support our members and industry in staying ahead of the curve on various technical and operational solutions for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing,” said John Bournas, ISPE CEO and President. “Our partnerships with ITEM-HSG and NIBRT further support our mission by providing ISPE members with a European learning base that leverages innovative training from prominent organizations.”
ISPE training courses will launch in May 2017 at the ITEM–HSG and NIBRT locations. This world-class education will provide heightened training and research solutions in two areas − operational management and commissioning and qualification. Participants will receive two days of topic-specific, in-depth learning, and skill building. Training include lectures, group exercises, and case studies that provide participants with practical information they can apply immediately to their job. The courses are suited for development, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and validation professionals.
