ISPE Announces 2025 Facility of the Year Awards (FOYA) Submission Finalists as FOYA Celebrates its 20-Year Anniversary

The 2025 Facility of the Year Awards (FOYA) submission finalists were announced at the 2025 ISPE Facilities of the Future Conference in San Francisco, California, USA.

ISPE has announced the 2025 Facility of the Year submission finalists. Each of the submission finalists’ projects succeeded in meeting the stringent qualifications and requirements of the FOYA program.

The seventeen FOYA submission finalists represent projects undertaken in twelve countries across five continents. Their projects span a wide range of applications including biotechnology/cell and gene therapies, fill and finish/packaging, and medical devices, as well as other emerging and key technologies.

Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, FOYA is the premier global awards program recognizing innovation and creativity in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. Award-winning projects selected by the FOYA judging committee exemplify excellence in facility design, construction, and operations—setting impressive benchmarks for pharmaceutical facilities of the future. Winners are recognized across the categories of Innovation, Operations, Supply Chain, Pharma 4.0™, and Social Impact.

The 2025 FOYA category winners will be announced in person and virtually during the 2025 ISPE Europe Annual Conference in London, United Kingdom, on 12 May 2025. Category winners will also be formally recognized at the 2025 FOYA Banquet and Awards Celebration on Sunday, 26 October. The prestigious event takes place during the 2025 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA, running from 26 October to 29 October. The ceremony will feature speeches from award recipients, keynote sessions by industry leaders, and ample opportunities to engage with manufacturing and engineering experts.
