Membership Feedback

Dear ISPE Members,

The ISPE Board of Directors will spearhead an update of the Strategic Plan for the years 2020-2024 beginning this summer.  ISPE has engaged two companies--McKinley Advisors and Accenture--to assist us in this process and planning exercise for the next strategic plan cycle.

This note is to alert you to that you may receive requests from McKinley Advisors and Accenture regarding ISPE, the survey, focus groups, and arranging interviews with some key ISPE stakeholders. All ISPE Members will receive the survey via email in late July so please look for this in your inbox and provide us with your input.

McKinley Advisors and Accenture will help guide the conversation so that we create a strategic plan that will help direct us to where we want to be as an organization. The new Strategic Plan will build upon and refresh the good work of the past and will position ISPE’s next phase of developments in this dynamic environment. Emphasis will be on the strategic imperatives of the following years recognizing that the operations of ISPE have many continuing elements that are unaffected and do not need to be reiterated.

We want to collect feedback from all stakeholders and will ask for your perspective through the Member survey. We will also tap into insights from key ISPE volunteer leaders and committees, including scheduling conversations with external executives for industry insight. With that input in hand, planning sessions with the Board of Directors and ISPE staff will further detail activities and achieve organizational alignment. The Board and its Strategic Plan Working Group will create a draft plan based on the relevant input and bring the document to the point of approval by Q4 2018. We will strive to keep you updated as the project moves along through the Fall and Winter.

Thank you in advance for your support, cooperation, and insights. Your input will be essential to updating this important Strategic Plan.

We look forward to hearing your thoughts on how ISPE should work to meet the challenges of the future.

Sincerely,
