Stacy L. Springs is the Senior Director of Programs at that Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Center for Biomedical Innovation and the Executive Director of Biomanufacturing Initiatives, including MIT’s Biomanufacturing Program, its Consortia on Adventitious Agent Contamination in Biomanufacturing, and the BioACCESS initiative. Stacy also serves as the Executive Director for the Sloan School’s Food Supply Chain Analytics and Sensing Initiative. She holds a PhD in chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin and gained postdoctoral training in protein and biophysical chemistry at Princeton University. Stacy has been an ISPE member since 2009.
