Aoife Kelly is the Global Lead for Sustainable Design, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences at Arcadis. With 14 years of experience in the sector, she specializes in assembling and leading sustainability teams while leveraging best practices and industry examples to meet client needs. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary design teams, she develops energy-efficient, sustainable solutions by integrating pharmaceutical processes, utilities, buildings, and sites as interconnected systems. With a background in Architecture and expertise in design, project management, and site engagement, Aoife excels in building transparent client relationships, earning her a client service recognition award from a blue-chip pharmaceutical client. She is passionate about universal design and social inclusion, reflected in her membership in the RIAI Universal Design Task Force, her role as a panel judge for its annual award, and her contributions as a published writer for ISPE on sustainability topics. Aoife also serves as the Chair of the Arcadis European Sustainable Engineering Taskforce and is an active member of the ISPE Sustainability Community of Practice (COP).
