Rebecca, a trained scientist in molecular medicine, specialized in researching & developing immune therapies, with a strong passion for cell and gene therapies and project management. Through her involvement with ISPE since 2020, her interest in pharmaceutical engineering was sparked, motivating her to enhance her technical expertise by transitioning into project engineering. She currently works as a project manager at the Bayer production site GP Grenzach in Germany, where she leads and supports projects regarding process engineering, plants and critical utilities. Within ISPE, she is active on an international level as member of the Communities of Practices ATMPs and Project Management, contributing to guidelines, articles and conferences. As ExOfficio Member of the ISPE International Board of Directors 2024/2025 Rebecca further represents and advocates the interests of young professionals in our organization, supporting Emerging Leaders & Students world-wide.
