Tell us about your role with ISPE CBA (e.g. Emerging Leaders Chair)
After being involved in the CBA chapter for roughly five years, I was happy to have the opportunity to take on a more active role within the organization. Tony Fuchs and Ralph Sellitto established a thriving committee in past years, so I knew I was stepping into big shoes with lots of opportunity for continued growth and momentum. The Emerging Leaders Committee (EL) focuses on bringing together members in all stages of their career, across multiple disciplines, to share experiences and advice on how to continue advancing their careers and leadership opportunities at any professional milestone. Something I’m excited about is maintaining the mentoring events that have gained popularity over the years while introducing new programming that focuses more on career growth and leadership development – we have some exciting ideas in the fire that we are looking forward to sharing soon!
How did you get involved with ISPE? How long have you been a member?
I became involved in ISPE in 2021 when my career path started shifting from purely architecture and lab planning to also include business development and team management. I became a member shortly after attending my first several chapter events, since the benefits of being a part of the CBA chapter were immediately evident. I was looking for an organization that connected me with other AEC professionals and end-users focused on the Science and Technology space, and ISPE consists of this very specific intersection of professions. I feel particularly fortunate to be in the CBA region, since the membership is so active and consistently has informative programming to connect folks and keep us informed on new developments in the industry.
What led you to become the chair of (your committee)?
As I was becoming more involved in volunteering for ISPE and growing my career, I wanted to start taking a more active role in our local chapter. With Tony being elected to the board this year, I took the opportunity to step in alongside Ralph as the Co-Chair of the Emerging Leaders Committee. While I’ve volunteered for a number of committees and have been to many events, I have always been drawn to EL based on my own career trajectory. I have moved through several phases of my career in a relatively short time span, and I’ve heavily relied on the advice and mentorship of industry peers in order to do so successfully. I therefore place great value on facilitating committees and events that bring professionals together so that we can all benefit from each other’s experiences, since I believe that is truly the cornerstone to effective professional development.
Can you tell us a little bit about what you have planned for the ISPE (group, e.g., ELs) in 2026?
So far this year we held our first mentoring event in Virginia, which was an exciting opportunity for us to cast a broader net to include more of our membership outside of Maryland. Coming up later this year, we will be holding another mentorship event, likely in DC, in another attempt to keep expanding our reach and network. We’re also working on a career development learning session for folks to receive coaching on how to either grow within their current positions or even do a career pivot within the S&T world, so we’re excited to release more details as that develops.
What is most exciting to you about these plans?
I’m most excited about the expansion, both in terms of geography and service offerings. Moving some events out of Maryland to serve our DC and Virginia members involved some added logistics and risk, but we’re seeing great turnouts already, which is very encouraging. I’m also excited bout the event(s) we’re adding to our already beloved mentoring series. The more we’re able to broaden our event content and locations, the more folks we’ll be able to reach, and the richer our ISPE CBA community will become.
Outside of ISPE CBA and (company you work for), what are your interests? Hobbies? How do you spend your free time?
As a new business owner, I do admit that a decent chunk of time is dedicated to establishing and growing Ambrusch LLC into what I have envisioned for it. But an important part of running my own business is carving out time for rest and fun, and I admittedly have a fairly long list of hobbies for which I try to create room. I have been on a mission to visit every National Park and Monument listed as part of the NPS registry, and I’ve been making some decent progress in recent months; I love to hike and explore new places, so I’ve been getting in some travel and other hiking outside the NPS list as well. When not on a trail, you may find me at concerts or Broadway musicals, doing “shelter skip days” with SPCA dogs, playing with my DSLR camera, listening to vinyl, or working on a very long list of tasks needed on my “fixer upper.” I also enjoy going to live sporting events (mainly women’s soccer - go Spirit and USWNT!), reading (and passing time in bookstores), writing, cooking/baking, painting, and spending as much time as possible on any and all beaches (preferably by sunrise).
Tell us about your role with ISPE CBA (e.g. MAST 2026 Committee Chair)
As Mid-Atlantic Science and Technology (MAST) Showcase Committee Chair, I am responsible for the planning and execution of Chesapeake Bay Area Chapter’s marquee event for the year. The event, which is held at M&T Bank Stadium on May 7th, will feature a full day of programming, including an expo hall, education sessions, a keynote speaker, and capped off with an afterparty. With anticipated 70+ exhibitors, 750+ attendees and several special guests, there is a lot of coordination and planning over the past 6 months to prepare for this event. With support from a great committee, I’m looking forward to the Life Science professionals attending our regional event.
How did you get involved with ISPE? How long have you been a member?
I have been a member of ISPE CBA since 2017, when I first attended their MAST event at Turf Valley. My involvement with ISPE began a couple of years ago when I joined several chapter committees. I previously was involved with the Emerging Leaders committee for several years including planning their famous Mugs & Mentors events before becoming involved with MAST. It’s been great for me to reconnect with old BioPharma colleagues and meet new industry partners from all types of backgrounds to help to continue to grow Maryland & Virginia’s Pharmaceutical industry.
What led you to become the chair of (your committee)?
In 2025, I took over as the MAST Committee Chair when John Birkmire was elected as the 2026 Chapter President. After working on the committee for the past several years, I was able to jump in headfirst into leading and build the momentum of this event. I’m excited to chair the MAST Showcase for the 2026 event.
Can you tell us a little bit about what you have planned for the ISPE (group, e.g., ELs) in 2026?
Last year was our first year in the new venue, so my goal for the 2026 event is to build on last year’s energy to connect the region’s BioPharma ecosystem. We’ve added content and networking opportunities to this year’s event. We are optimizing the day-long experience with adjustments to the show layout and suggestions from last year. Adding sponsors has allowed us to keep this as a FREE event for attendees. But I recommend you experience it for yourself and swing by M&T Bank Stadium on May 7th to find out!
What is most exciting to you about these plans?
Having attended ISPE’s national conference and other local regional tech shows, I’m excited to show off ISPE-CBA. Although we are expecting attendees from national and international companies, we are proud of the sponsors and industry partners that support us here locally and have committed to the growth and collaboration of our industry.
Outside of ISPE CBA and (company you work for), what are your interests? Hobbies? How do you spend your free time?
Outside of the time I spend with ISPE-CBA and BKM’s regional presence designing/consulting for the Life Science construction projects, I reside in York, PA, with my wife Kelsey and two children. I currently hold a secretary position with our local Little League Organization’s Board as well as coaching my son’s baseball team. With any remaining time, it’s time spent with my lovely wife and kids, for a variety of new adventures, beaches, and baseball parks.

As the committee chair my goal is to support and partner with the sustainability team and CBA leadership to provide insightful educational events and add value to the life science community and chapter members.
The Sustainability Committee is an incredible team of volunteers who are engaged and focused on connecting owners, engineers, and partners around actionable sustainability initiatives. Jennifer Bullock has stepped up as co-chair this year and recently executed an incredible event around circularity in pharmaceutical manufacturing and labs.
How did you get involved with ISPE? How long have you been a member?
I joined ISPE in 2019 after attending local events and annual conferences. It quickly became clear that ISPE was well run and full of professionals willing to share their experience. Many of my peers were already involved, and getting involved myself felt like a natural next step.
What led you to become the chair of (your committee)?
I was honored and thankful when Lynne Cooper (past president of CBA) approached me about being a part of the committee. Working alongside Jesse Fisher with WB Engineering last year helped me to learn how to chair the committee and take the lead chair position going into 2026. I am excited to grow the sustainability committee and its impact in the ISPE community. We were the first chapter in ISPE to have a sustainability committee. It is an honor and a challenge to be a part of something new and I am excited for where it will lead me and the CBA chapter.
Can you tell us a little bit about what you have planned for the ISPE (group, e.g., ELs) in 2026?
We have an exciting line up of events and educational topics for 2026. We have webinars booked with industry experts, site tours of state of the art sustainable facilities, and in-person panel discussions followed by networking and happy hour. Two of our goals is to have as many of our events to be in-person and to have a panel discussion at the MAST showcase.

I am excited to be a part of bringing people together for informative conversations and to personally collaborate with industry professionals and knowledge experts in the our life science community.
Outside of ISPE CBA and (company you work for), what are your interests? Hobbies? How do you spend your free time?
Outside of work and ISPE, my time is centered around my wife and our four kids, and I’m very thankful for their support. Faith is an important part of our life as a family, and we are actively involved in our church. As a family, we love spending time together. On the weekends we enjoy our time outdoors—hiking, mountain biking, and finding new adventures together whenever we can.
Tell us about your role with ISPE CBA
I currently serve as Co-Chair of the Social Committee alongside Chris Carmona. Together, we plan and organize networking events that bring our members and hopeful members together in meaningful ways. One highlight this year has been the Summer Social where we had over 150 people turn out. I’ve also recently been nominated for an officer role, and I’m looking forward to the opportunity to step up if elected next year.
How did you get involved with ISPE? How long have you been a member?
I’ve been a member of ISPE for roughly 10 year, but I’ve become more active in the past three years. My first event was actually a Summer Social, which is why it’s fitting that I now serve on that committee.
What led you to become the chair of the Social Committee?
Our current President, Lynne Cooper, and Chapter Manager, Raven Hawkins, encouraged me to get more involved because they felt I could make an impact growing our events and membership. That, combined with my involvement with BioBuzz and the Maryland Tech Council, made it a natural step. I saw an opportunity to connect the dots across different groups in the region and bring more people into the ISPE community.
Can you tell us a little bit about what you have planned for the ISPE Social Committee in 2025 and into 2026?
We’re focused on keeping the momentum going with a mix of fun and unique social gatherings that are more purposeful networking opportunities. We’re working on hosting an Oktoberfest in partnership with our friends at BioBuzz and working with other committees like education and membership to throw events around their specific goals. Beyond that, we’ll continue to build staples like Therapeutic Thursdays while looking for new ways to bring members together.
What is most exciting to you about these plans?
What excites me most is the chance to create spaces where people can connect in ways they might not otherwise. Whether making a new professional contact, discovering a new business venture, or simply hanging out with peers, those moments are what make ISPE so valuable. It’s rewarding knowing that our committee plays a role in sparking those connections.
Outside of ISPE CBA and Validated Cloud, what are your interests? Hobbies? How do you spend your free time?
Honestly, my 1.5 year old daughter is my obsession, and I love spending as much time as I can with her and my family. Her personality is really growing and it’s amazing to watch it evolve as she learns new things. On the professional side, I recently started a new role with Validated Cloud as the US Regional Sales Manager and am excited to share that with the ISPE community. There’s no better place to grow in life sciences than with ISPE!

Tell us about your role with ISPE CBA
I lead the Emerging Leaders Committee with Ralph Sellitto.
How did you get involved with ISPE? How long have you been a member?
About five years ago, I started getting involved with more life sciences and S&T work. I wanted to find a good organization to build connections in this market. ISPE came recommended by some of our clients, so I reached out around 3 years ago and joined the Emerging Leaders Group.
What led you to become involved with the EL committee?
It’s been a while so I’m having trouble remembering! I think I heard about one of the original Women in Pharma / Emerging Leaders mentoring events where Danielle Gabrish was speaking. I met Jaymie White who was the previous EL head at that event and offered to help. From there, I’ve been helping plan a lot of the Emerging Leaders event and now I’m Co-Chair!
Can you tell us a little bit about what you have planned for the ISPE CBA EL Committee?
Mugs and Mentors continue to be a big draw, and we will continue to do one of these events each quarter as long as the community keeps showing interest. We are also incredibly excited about our student chapter starting up and plan to team up with them and support their growth.
What is most exciting to you about these plans?
Mentorship is incredibly important to me. Starting out in my professional career, I never felt like I had a mentor, none of the organizations I was a part of had a formal mentorship process. If I can help people in their careers make good decisions based on my mistakes and previous experiences, I consider that an integral part of my position as an engineer. I always tell junior engineers, “If I’m not creating opportunities for growth and getting you the support you need to effectively do your job, I’m not succeeding as a manager.” I’m incredibly passionate about offering people the opportunity to make the connections they need to accelerate their careers.
Outside of ISPE CBA and your full-time job, what are your interests? Hobbies? How do you spend your free time?
I’m a parent of three small children so a lot of my time right now is coaching soccer and volunteering at their school. I like to work with my hands, and I have a “maker space” with woodworking, 3D prototyping, and electronics tools that I use to create a variety of “useful things” when the inspiration hits me. Everything from furniture, custom Halloween costumes, and models for my kids gets built there.
Tell us about your role with ISPE CBA
I work with Raven Hawkins and Debbie Kaufmann to create the monthly newsletter. Specifically, I do graphic design.
How did you get involved with ISPE? How long have you been a member?
I got involved with ISPE through InfoPathways. As a small company, building meaningful professional relationships is a key part of our growth strategy. Our team is active in the Chesapeake Bay Area Chapter, as well as the Carolina South Atlantic Chapter, and we also manage IT services for ISPE-CBA.
What led you to become the co-chair of the Newsletter Committee?
I first connected with ISPE-CBA after attending one of their winter social events a few years ago. That experience introduced me to several board members, and I was later invited to help plan the summer social. After that event, I joined the newsletter committee—it was a natural fit given my background in graphic design and email marketing. Supporting ISPE gives me a fun and refreshing way to use my creative skills outside of my day-to-day work with InfoPathways.
Can you tell us a little bit about what you have planned for the ISPE CBA in 2025?
One of the projects I’m most excited about is enhancing the ISPE-CBA website. It’s a great opportunity to improve how we share information and engage with our community.
What is most exciting to you about these plans?
I’m excited about the potential to make our website a more dynamic and useful resource. By improving how we present upcoming events, recap recent ones, and share key updates, we can better serve our current members—and hopefully reach new ones as our chapter continues to grow.
Outside of ISPE CBA and InfoPathways, what are your interests? Hobbies? How do you spend your free time?
I love camping—especially during this time of year when the weather is just right I try to spend as much time outside as possible. I'm also passionate about art, whether it’s designing graphics
Tell us about your role with ISPE CBA (e.g. MAST Committee Chair, Board Member)
I am the 2025 MAST Committee Chair for the CBA Chapter. 2024 was my first year being directly involved with this committee and I really enjoyed it. We had (and have) a great group. Last year was a huge learning experience for me and I’m really excited about running it again in 2025.
How did you get involved with ISPE? How long have you been a member?
I have been involved with CBA for over a decade – if memory serves correctly, my first participation was attending vendor nights before the event was branded as MAST. Over the years, I have enjoyed the networking experiences ISPE and the CBA Chapter in particular facilitate.
What led you to become the chair of (your committee) or to join the Board?
I was looking for a way to more actively engage and “give back” to the Chapter. Putting on an event like MAST is a logistics jigsaw puzzle, and I raised my hand last year to help out. Becoming chairperson just sort of happened, but I’m so glad I gave it a try – it’s been very rewarding.
Can you tell us a little bit about what you have planned for the ISPE MAST Committee in 2024 and into 2025?
We essentially starting planning for MAST 2025 during the 2024 event – seeing what went well and where we needed to make adjustments. The committee is actively evaluating potential venues and dates; we plan to get this info out to our partners as quickly as we can. One area of focus in 2025 is strengthening engagement with our manufacturers and end users – we need you!
What is most exciting to you about these plans?
We were thrilled about the overwhelmingly positive response to the 2024 event but we also recognize that we have more to accomplish. 2025 will be bigger and bolder than ever – we’ll have even more opportunities to meet with industry-leading manufacturers and service partners, hear from SMEs in the field, and take part in vibrant networking opportunities. We all have a superpower. After many decades, I finally figured out what mine is – the ability to think about nothing at all for long periods of time. That really comes in handy for my ultrarunning addiction. My weekends are filled with running, sleeping, and wondering why.

My role is Treasurer on the Board, so I monitor and report on the chapter’s finances to make sure we can have all the amazing events our chapter hosts! I’d also like to shout out our amazing sponsors who make all of this possible!
How did you get involved with ISPE? How long have you been a member?
A few years ago, our President, Lynne Cooper, who my firm was working with on S+T projects, reached out about ISPE. She invited me to join the MAST Committee and then soon after I joined EL/WIP and have been involved ever since!
What led you to become the chair of (your committee) or to join the Board?
I was nominated to be on the board after my involvement with the MAST and EL/WIP Committees. I thought it was a great opportunity for professional growth and to contribute to the Biotech/Pharma industry!
Can you tell us a little bit about what you have planned for the ISPE (group, e.g., MAST 2025) in 2024 and into 2025?
One of the goals I’m passionate about is growing and diversifying our membership. One of the ways we’re hoping to do that is by hosting events in other areas of the DMV, like DC and VA to get interest from our fellow Biotech/Pharma Industry Professionals located there.
What is most exciting to you about these plans?
I always love seeing new faces at events networking and talking about the latest industry topics. I think an organization is only as strong as its members so continuing to grow and diversify will bring new to the chapter!
Outside of ISPE CBA and (company you work for), what are your interests? Hobbies? How do you spend your free time?
I love traveling the world with people I love, playing tennis and hiking. On a Friday night, you can either find me at home relaxing with my husband and cats, at a comedy show or a concert (Taylor Swift or emo bands preferably). My newest hobby I am reintroducing in my life, is playing the piano, after taking a 15 year hiatus, so wish me luck, because I’m sure it will be both frustrating and rewarding!

Tell us about your role as ISPE CBA Chapter Manager
As the ISPE CBA Chapter Manager, I lead initiatives to enhance our chapter's impact in the Life Sciences industry by ensuring high-quality programs and events. I will work to streamline and simplify the membership process, provide valuable resources, and offer personalized support. Effective communication keeps our community informed and engaged. I am committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in both the resources offered as well as community members. I’m excited to be able to support our amazing chapter president, board, and committee chairs. As a champion of the organization, I will celebrate and build upon the amazing achievements the organization has already accomplished. My goal is to create a vibrant, innovative, and supportive environment at ISPE CBA members while driving our mission forward together.
What led you to become the Chapter Manager of the CBA Chapter?
My journey to becoming the Chapter Manager of the ISPE CBA Chapter was driven by my passion the AEC Industry within the Life Sciences and a commitment to community building. Inspired by ISPE's mission and our chapter's achievements, I wanted to lead initiatives that drive positive change and innovation. My experience in project management and member engagement prepared me well for this role. Working with our dedicated board and committee chairs, I aim to create a supportive environment where members feel valued and inspired to excel. I am excited to champion our chapter and ensure we continue making significant contributions to the industry.
Can you tell us a little bit about what you have planned for the ISPE CBA during your tenure as Chapter Manager?
As Chapter Manager, my primary goals are to elevate the ISPE CBA and make membership as easy and rewarding as possible. To elevate the chapter, we will set clear strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing our visibility and impact. This includes delivering high-quality programs, workshops, and events designed to address current industry challenges and anticipate future trends. Additionally, we will introduce recognition programs to celebrate the achievements and contributions of our members, inspiring others within our community.
What is most exciting to you about these plans?
Making membership easy by streamlining the registration process with an intuitive online platform, ensuring a quick and hassle-free experience. We will provide easy access to a wealth of resources, including industry reports and educational materials, allowing members to readily find and utilize the tools they need. Personalized support will be a priority, with a dedicated team available to assist with any inquiries. To keep members informed and engaged, we will utilize a variety of communication channels, such as newsletters, social media, and a dynamic members-only portal. Lastly, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse community where all voices are heard and valued. By focusing on these areas, we aim to create a vibrant, innovative, and supportive community at ISPE CBA. Together, we will achieve our shared goals and elevate our chapter to new heights.

Outside of ISPE CBA and LSY Architects, I enjoy creating charcuterie boards and grazing tables, traveling, volunteering, and spending quality time with family and friends. These activities keep me engaged and balanced, allowing me to explore new cultures, give back to the community, and cherish meaningful moments with loved ones.

What is your role with ISPE-CBA Chapter?
Chair of the Sustainability Committee
How did you get involved with ISPE? How long have you been a member?
I made a career change in 2015 from oil industry to pharma. I am a mechanical engineer and there was knowledge that I could utilize from my previous experience, but these two industries are so different in nature. AstraZeneca is a great place to work and supports employee development. So, my manager and mentor at that time introduced me to ISPE as a resource for learning, career development and networking. Since then, I have taken trainings, attended conferences, and have had many roles within the ISPE local chapter, nationally and globally. My current global role is in the Guidance Document Committee (GDC) where I act on behalf of the ISPE in the development of guidance documents, review and provide input on all documents submitted to the GDC and advise on the guidance document portfolio. I am also member of the local chapter board of directors and chair of the newly formed sustainability committee.
What led you to become the co-chair of the Sustainability Committee?
For the past 7 years I have worked in different roles in AstraZeneca within facilities and engineering departments from Sr. Facilities Engineer to Director of Facilities in Maryland and California. I took a new role in September 2022 as site energy program lead at the Frederick manufacturing center (FMC). My site is the largest biologics facility in AstraZeneca network and plays a significant role in achieving company’s ambition carbon zero program. Short after I started my new role in AstraZeneca, I found there is so much opportunity for collaboration to build a sustainable operation across the industry and ISPE. So, we created a new committee to help life science companies and ISPE members in DC/MD/VA region in sustainability area.
Can you tell us a little bit about what you have planned for the ISPE Sustainability Committee in 2023?
Creating a network of subject matter experts in the chapter to collaborate, share knowledge, review case studies, resource sharing, learning about energy audits, available incentives and rebates, training, tours, building relationship with academia, and so more. We are the first and only ISPE local sustainability committee in the US. We just had our first meeting at the ISPE-CBA MAST event and received great feedback and support from attendees and ISPE members.
What is most exciting to you about these plans?
I am very excited to create a network of subject matter experts in DC/MD/VA area and collaborate together to build a sustainable operation within the industry. We can achieve more if we work together.
Outside of ISPE CBA and AstraZenica, what are your interests? Hobbies? How do you spend your free time?
I try to stay active outside of the work by going to the gym regularly and running outside whenever I can. I also like to travel and spend time with family and friends.
John Wasp

After completing my degree in Urban Planning from Miami University, my professional journey began in Project Management for the oldest Mechanical Contracting Firm in Washington, D.C. This is when I first discovered the incredible organization of ISPE, which has been an integral part of my life in recent years.
For the past decade, I've dedicated myself to the world of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Energy Consulting/Optimization, serving as a student, entrepreneur, and executive. I have always taken great pride in managing my client's real estate needs and creating value at every step.
After spending ten years advising tenants while working at two of the largest commercial real estate firms worldwide, I decided to shift my career toward my passion for sustainability in 2020. This led me to join Heffron Company as their Sustainability Leader, where I helped launch a new division specializing in energy efficiency solutions for highly specialized end-users. It was a significant decision that required careful consideration, but I knew it was the right path for me. During this time I was fortunate to connect with Lynne Cooper, a driving force behind my involvement with ISPE and the CBA Chapter. Thanks, Lynne, for the support! I'm grateful for the experiences and knowledge gained.
As part of the ISPE Community, I've had the pleasure of leading back-to-back Sustainability Panels for MAST 2022 and MAST 2023, serving on the board for the Golf Event in 2022, and helping Joni with Memento this year. Working with Stacks + Joules at this year's MAST Event was also an honor.
I'm thrilled to be part of the team launching the first-ever Sustainability Committee within the ISPE organization, aiming to help organizations within the Life Science sector promote Sustainability and Decarbonization at the Corporate and Site level. We are a team of highly motivated, aligned, and driven industry professionals who share a common goal of creating a collaborative and innovative community that leads the way towards a better future. We are passionate about our work and committed to pioneering new and improved ways of doing things. Our team's dedication and drive are what enable us to create a culture of innovation and foster meaningful relationships within the industry.
Our task force is dedicated to creating a robust network of professionals with diverse perspectives and expertise in the areas of efficiency and optimization. Our goal is to bridge the gaps and divides that exist within the industry by facilitating a community for knowledge exchange and providing access to resources that support companies in their sustainability efforts, regardless of where they are in their journey. As a liaison between academia and industry, we aim to promote ongoing community engagement and knowledge exchange to overcome existing barriers and provide resources to promote efficiency within the built environment. Our ultimate goal is to foster a culture of sustainability that drives innovation and promotes positive change throughout the industry.
At our core, we're passionate about developing and providing facility life cycle solutions that meet the needs and budgets of all groups. We recognize the importance of the Life Science sector, its contributions to the world, and its role in providing essential products to patients. This recognition is what drives us forward, and we're excited to make a positive impact in the industry.
When I'm not immersed in the world of CRE, Construction, and Energy, I cherish my time with my family - my wife, Kathryn, and our two children, Johnny and Lucy. We love spending time outdoors, exploring new adventures, and coaching our kids. As a hockey coach, I take pride in instilling an entrepreneurial mindset in our children, teaching them to think outside the box and be innovative.
In addition to my family and coaching, I am also an endurance runner, currently training for the JFK 50-Miler and working towards a Boston Qualifier. Running allows me to clear my mind and push my physical and mental limits.
Outside of my personal pursuits, I'm honored to serve as the Founding Member of the non-profit organization called Honor-A-Hero. Giving back to the community in this way is incredibly fulfilling, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact through this fantastic organization, ISPE CBA!
