Hamid Teimourian serves as Director of Facilities at AstraZeneca, where he provides strategic, operational, and organizational leadership at the company’s largest global biologics manufacturing facility.
He has held several leadership roles across AstraZeneca, including Sustainability Program Lead, where he led energy conservation and carbon-reduction initiatives, and Facilities & PMO Director for AstraZeneca’s California operations, where he was a member of the site leadership team and provided strategic oversight across facilities, capital programs, and operational excellence.
Hamid is an active member of the ISPE and served as Vice President of the Chesapeake Bay Area Chapter from 2024 to 2026. He is currently a member of the ISPE Guidance Document Committee and has contributed to multiple ISPE publications, including Equipment Reliability, Maintenance, and Sustainability guides.
