A Women in Pharma Webinar: How to be An Ally

Complimentary
Learning Level: Basic/Intermediate
Session Length: 1 hour

Join us for the first panel discussion of an important webinar series, powered and led by Women in Pharma(r), as we discuss the importance of Allyship within the pharmaceutical industry.

We’ve all heard the term “allyship” when discussing a more diverse and inclusive environment within the pharmaceutical industry and beyond. Through Women in Pharma programming, we reinforce the importance of allies as we work to create a more equitable industry, where equal opportunity for equal effort is the status quo, regardless of gender, race, or ethnicity.

But what does it mean to actually be an ally?

Throughout this hour-long discussion, you will enjoy a presentation on the importance of allyship in the workplace, followed by a panel discussion where industry leaders discuss how they create opportunities to elevate women and other marginalized groups within the industry, and how that translates to innovation and robust collaboration that benefits the greater good.
