Yijie Dong is director of Global Statistics for Bristol Myers Squibb Co. (BMS), where she leads the team to provide statistical expertise, analyses, and training to BMS Global Manufacturing & Supply and late stage development. The team also leads setting standard statistical methodologies and related procedures across Global Manufacturing & Supply at BMS. Her current strategic focus is to strengthen and transform the team into a Center of Excellence to deliver process and method robustness to meet evolving business needs and regulatory expectations.
Yijie earned her Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Science and M.S. in Statistics from Rutgers University. She also holds a MBA from New York University with the honor of Stern Scholar, a M.S. in Pharmacology from Pecking Union Medical School, and a bachelor’s degree in Microbiological Engineering from Shandong University. She serves the AAPS CMC Statistics FG as a core team member, is also a member of ISPE, ASA, and SAPA.
