Mr. Bullock has 13 years of experience in the Construction and Manufacturing industry, particularly in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Systems. Bill has a wide range of experience in the field and shop. He has a great understanding of mechanical processes and capabilities. He is skilled in identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

As Director of Project Engineering, Mr. Bullock manages the Engineering, Drafting/Design, Project Management, Sales, Estimating, and Marketing departments at Environmental Air Systems’ Manufacturing Facilities. He has overseen and managed the design, engineering and completion of over 100,000 square ft. of Off Site Constructed Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Mission Critical infrastructure equaling a total of over 1000 Modular sections.
