Pharma Logic Solutions, LLC provides highly trained and experienced resources to the life sciences industry. The principal focus is on serialization, track and trace or traceability, encoding (barcodes, RFID, etc), packaging excellence and supply chain security and collaboration.

In his role as Managing Partner, Mr. Fletcher leverages his deep subject matter and extensive industry experience spanning 33 years to help solve complex business problems for leading life sciences companies. In May 2015, he completed his 27th serialization and traceability strategy/requirement/design/vendor selection project in life sciences. His recent clients have included several of the top 10 largest life sciences and biologics companies in the world. He has helped previous clients to rollout production serialization systems around the world, including projects involving the US Federal Drug Quality and Security Act of 2013 (DQSA) (formerly H.R. 3204) and the law's Title II: Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), China, Turkey, India, European Union countries, Brazil and others.

Mr. Fletcher is an electrical engineer and has received various industry training and certifications, including SAP Advanced Track & Trace for Pharmaceuticals (ATTP) and Auto identification infrastructure (Aii) version 7.1, GS1 Certified Professional, Project Management Institute (PMI), and others.

Mr. Fletcher has deployed solutions including but not limited to SAP (ATTP/Aii/OER/WM/eWM), Axway, Tracelink, Frequentz (formerly IBM Traceability Server), Oracle (OPM/OPSM), JD Edwards, Acsis, rfXcel, Cognex, Optel Vision, Uhlmann, Körber Medipak/Seidenader, ROC-IT, TAKE Solutions, Systech, Laetus, Xyntek/Antares Vision, Mettler Toledo/PCE, Navitas and others. In addition, he has experience in regulatory compliance, validation of operating systems (computer and manufacturing) in accordance with CFR Title 21 Part 11, GxP, RUP, GAMP 4 and 5, business intelligence and knowledge systems (including portals).
