William Aaron Pruett, BS, MS

Aaron Pruett has the role of Drug Product Process Engineer at Novavax. He is responsible for fill-finish process development and related technical transfer activities. His areas of expertise include protein pharmaceutical process development (such as scaling and process characterization of freeze-thaw and lyophilization unit operations), biophysical and biochemical characterization of pharmaceutical proteins, and characterization of visible and subvisible particles in protein solutions. His previous experience includes working as an engineer in pharmaceutical process development at MedImmune, Human Genome Sciences and Genentech. He received a BS in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University and an MS in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University.
