I bring these traits into every aspect of my dealings as an accomplished water treatment professional with proficiency in all areas of business management, market research and development, changing market analysis and strategy, educational marketing presentations, process engineering, operational support and site services management, ongoing service and maintenance contracts, and complex system design for high- and ultra-high-purity water treatment systems.
With Stilmas, a life science, semi-conductor, and engineering leader specializing in research, design, development and construction of high technology systems, I bring my expertise and solutions-driven approach to assess the high purity water needs of customers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, cosmetic and microelectronics industries, assisting them in selecting the most effective system for their application. Behind the scenes, I have worked closely with Engineering and Marketing to collaborate on multiple technical specifications and product literature to assist in effective, technical marketing. Through individual and team-based sales marketing, in-person as well as virtual educational presentations, and developing collaborative alliances with engineering and project management firms, I am expanding the company’s market and brand development and diversification throughout Southwestern United States. In sales, I focus on building long-term relationships, working with EPC’s and end users extensively throughout the decision process, from system design, bid development, procurement, installation and start up, and even through establishing service and maintenance contracts that ensure years of reliable, efficient production with minimal concern to the end-user.
I hold patents in high purity water treatment technology, plus advanced accreditation in water softening, filtration, reverse osmosis, deionization, ultra-filtration, ultra-pure water (UPW) treatment and pharmaceutical water treatment and water regulations. I have achieved the highest level of certification through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and the National Water Quality Association (WQA) and consistently continue to achieve top sales through ethical, technical, client-focused, solutions selling.
