Dr. Cruz is Executive VP at ReComS Group and serves the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry through consulting on Quality & Compliance matters. She is a Pharmaceutical Industry Executive with 30 years of experience. Among her achievements, she successfully led the development and execution of the McNeil Consent Decree work-plan up to her retirement from Johnson & Johnson. Prior to Johnson & Johnson she led Quality and Technical Operations leadership roles at Pfizer, MOVA Pharmaceuticals and Bristol-Myers Squibb and she has a strong global compliance track record.
Dr. Cruz is a frequently invited speaker on Quality & Compliance topics in industry forums such as PDA, CHPA, PCPC, ISPE, among others. She has a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, and a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico. She also holds various professional certifications.
