Timothy T. Kramer is Senior Research Advisor at Eli Lilly and Company. He joined Lilly in 2007 and has supported the development of many small molecules. Tim is particularly interested in experimental designs and has spearheaded development and use of nearly orthogonal screening designs through custom programs, development of a web interface, and promotion within and outside of Lilly. Tim advises peers on advanced statistical techniques as well as routine techniques to support submissions. He received his doctorate in statistics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and worked for 18 years at Hewlett-Packard as a statistical consultant, customer satisfaction representative, and warranty modeler.
