Tatiana Illgen

Tatiana Illgen joined Takeda in 2014, starting as a Senior Computer System Validation Specialist. Since then, she has focused on technology solutions and defining global strategies for validation and standardization of various systems for rollout to more than 25 manufacturing sites. She is currently Head of Data, Digital & Technology for Oranienburg Manufacturing site. Over the past 25 years, she has gained experience in various manufacturing, engineering and quality roles at Bristol-Myers-Squibb, Organon, Eli Lilly and Gerresheimer, among others.
