<p>Stephen Sirabian is currently the Executive Vice President, E/E Division for Glatt Air Techniques, Inc. in Ramsey, NJ. He has been with Glatt since 1987 and is responsible for all aspects of their equipment and engineering services business. His responsibilities include overseeing the sale, design, engineering, installation, commissioning and validation of solid dosage processes in the pharmaceutical industry in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Prior to Glatt, he spent 10 years involved in the Chemical and Plastics industries in a variety of positions including Mechanical Engineer, Project Engineer and Business Manager for several engineering companies and a twin screw extruder manufacturer.</p>

Steve has lectured within the pharmaceutical industry on numerous topics, at the 2007, 2008, 2010 and 2012 ISPE Annual Meetings including Continuous Processing and Project Management. In addition, he has published an article on Integrated Manufacturing, Containment and was interviewed in the April 2010 issue of Pharmaceutical Technology magazine. His latest article appeared in the March/April 2012 issue of Pharmaceutical Engineering co-authored with two other members of the OSD COP. On the academic front, Steve has served as an adjunct Professor at Manhattanville College, teaching a course in their graduate management program on International Processes and Projects. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University as well as an MBA from NYU.
