Stephanie Martin

Stephanie Martin is the Product Quality Lead for a late-stage clinical cell therapy at Adaptimmune. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s of Business Administration. Stephanie brings diversity to the Cell and Gene Therapy space through prior experience with commercial products and highly regulated industries covering Human Cells & Tissue Products, Medical Devices, and Naval Nuclear Power. During her time at Adaptimmune, and previously TCR2 Therapeutics, Stephanie has led teams in Quality Control, Supplier Quality, Quality Systems, Computer System Validation, and Product Quality. She is a resource to many and a problem-solver at heart, known for her pragmatic quality mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity.
