Vice President, Account Management
Shannah Falcone has 15 years of experience in strategy and execution of marketing, business development and account management. Specializing in architecture, engineering, construction and consulting services within life sciences, Falcone has contributed to both external and internal programs to enhance the client experience. Acting as a client advocate within her organization, Falcone works to develop continuous improvement, aligned execution strategies and client development programs to better meet the evolving needs of both emerging and mature development and manufacturing companies. Working across CRB’s teams, Falcone manages many of CRB’s largest strategic accounts, including many of the largest in the Philadelphia life-sciences market. She contributes to strategic business planning, client development and leadership at CRB.
Her involvement with the ISPE has been extensive, currently activing as facility of the year committee chair, past president of the Delaware Valley Chapter and the Women in Pharma® (WIP) Education and Contribution committee. Last year, Falcone was awarded ISPE Delaware Valley Chapter’s prestigious Buz Lange Award, which was established in 1995 and is awarded to individuals in the chapter who emulate Buz’s leadership, focus on innovation, teamwork and service.
Shannah is a senior associate and serving a 3 year term on the Board of Director's for CRB. This is an esteemed honor that is voted on by leadership to recognize key leaders critical to the future of CRB. Falcone is a big proponent for mentoring, consistently creating forums for peers and mentors to connect and collaborate. She has been known to connect mentees with appropriate mentors and fosters up-and-coming subject matter experts on external issues and trends in the industry.
