Dr. Shailesh Shah has a Ph.D. from “Institute for Chemical and Bioengineering” in “Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zürich”, Switzerland and has 15+ years of experience in the chemical, food, vitamins and pharmaceutical industries.
He is currently working as Director ad-interim in Technical Operations and is leading “Manufacturing Sciences and Technology” group in Clinical Supply Chain, Janssen-Cilag, JNJ. Previously he worked in various scientist/engineering positions in DSM Nutritional Products and Syngenta Crop Protection AG.
He has strong background in chemical and bio-process development, lab and pilot plant manufacturing, scale-up/scale-out and tech-transfer to commercial plants of API, DP and Devices.
