Sean Ogle, MSc, MBA, is a life sciences consultant with over a decade of experience in biopharmaceutical strategy, operations, and scientific research. As a Senior Consultant at SEI, he collaborates with global pharma and biotech companies to drive strategic initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and accelerate the drug development lifecycle. Before transitioning to consulting, Sean built his career as a scientist at CROs and academic laboratories. Passionate about bridging scientific innovation with strategic business solutions, Sean has contributed to peer-reviewed publications and frequently advises on frameworks that connect research, manufacturing, and corporate strategy.
