Scott Billman is currently SVP, Global Engineering, Technology, & Facilities for Solventum. He is currently a member of the ISPE International Board of Directors and serves as a member of the Executive Committee. He is past President of the Carolina South Atlantic Chapter for ISPE and has been very involved with ISPE for the past 25+ years. He has extensive experience in the scoping, design, construction, and qualification of cGMP facilities and equipment. Scott has had the opportunity to work as a design Engineer and Project manager on the consulting side as well as work on the manufacturing side in Global and Site based Engineering positions.
