Sarbajita Ray

Sarbajita Ray is currently the Associate Director in the Business Development & Licensing organization within Global Manufacturing and Supply at Takeda focused on providing partnering solutions to help develop and launch innovative medicines to patients. Her work focuses on supporting evaluations of potential opportunities and mitigate risks through a chemistry, controls and manufacturing lens and on improving and streamlining internal processes to drive efficiency in an operations setting. Prior to her current role, she worked in biologics upstream process development to optimize production processes. Jita holds an MBA from Babson College and has an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
