Sandra Bones

Sandra is an accomplished, dynamic, and award-winning marketing leader and AI consultant at Good Bones Marketing LLC with nearly 20 years of experience in AEC marketing, with most of her career in the life sciences working at IPS and CRB. In her past role, she started as the only marketer for the entire international company and worked her way up to having 5 teams report to her. Sandra’s focus was on improving processes and the strategic direction for internal and external marketing. Sandra’s expertise is in strategic marketing and communication planning, branding, advertising, and operations. She has a broad depth and breadth of experience in all areas of marketing including integrating AI tools, graphic design, and content creation for digital and social media, articles, brochures, advertisements, recruiting materials, qualification packages, award submissions, and presentations. Her expertise extends to tradeshow and special events planning, website implementation and management, team cultivation, and CRM integration. Sandra is currently serving as Executive Vice President of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering Delaware Valley Chapter (ISPE DVC). I have a proven track record of leadership within the organization. As the former Vice President of the Symposium and Exhibition for multiple years, she successfully spearheaded the Chapter's flagship annual event. Under her guidance, the event flourished, attracting approximately 1,200 attendees and 125 exhibitors with education sessions and new special events. In addition, Sandra is an active Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) member. She is a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) in marketing research, marketing planning, client and business development, proposals, promotional activities, and management. Giving back to the community, she also provides a yearly training session to aspiring CPSM students and has given presentations on social media and AI.
