Samuel F. Lebowitz

Sam Lebowitz is Technical Services Manager at Electrol Specialties Company (ESC), South Beloit, IL. He received an MS in Food Engineering from Ohio State. Sam has more than 30 years of hygienic process experience with food, pharmaceutical, and specialty chemical processing. His specialty includes cleanable process and sterility consultation in the preliminary and detailed design phase, field engineering, and commissioning and validation services. Sam has several publications on the subject of integrated hygienic design with CIP and has frequent speaking and teaching engagements.
