Sajida Roberson

Sajida Roberson, MPH, MBA, is a strategic transformation executive with over 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations. At Astellas Pharma and Eli Lilly, she spearheaded global initiatives in operational integration, governance, financial optimization, and enterprise agility, while holding leadership roles in R&D finance, strategic sourcing, and project operations. Prior to that, she honed her strengths in logistics and team leadership as a Captain in the U.S. Army Medical Service Corps. She holds advanced degrees in epidemiology from the University of Michigan and finance from Michigan State University, and is a Certified SAFe Agilist and Scrum Master. Passionate about continuous learning and developing others, she has trained over 500 employees in Agile methodologies and built multiple Communities of Practice.
