Ryan Hawkins

Ryan Hawkins is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Cook Pharmica, a contract biopharmaceutical manufacturer, located in Bloomington, Indiana. He has held operational roles of increasing responsibility in drug product and drug substance contract manufacturing and has site wide responsibilities for Engineering & Maintenance, Technical Services, Manufacturing, Training and Operational Excellence. In 2007, Ryan led the design and coordination of the Parenteral Manufacturing expansion project at Cook Pharmica, consisting of over 120,000 square feet of newly developed space including two high speed filling lines under isolation and complimentary secondary manufacturing capabilities. He has been serving as Co-Chair for the Barrier Isolation track since 2011 and a Sterile Products Processing committee member since 2012. Ryan holds a BS in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
