Last 9 years working in Laboratórios Atral, a company dedicated to production of finished dosage forms. Firstly, as Director of Quality Assurance, then Director of Quality Unit running the Quality Control Unit and Quality Assurance Department. Responsible for external qualifying audits (Europe, China, south America) and project management. GMP consultant for Chinese manufacturers.
In 2016 responsible for the project management of the revamping of the Cephalosporin’s Production Unit (project, construction, commissioning, equipment acquisition, validation and licensing by the Regulatory Authority)
In 2018 project manager of the construction of a new Penicillin’s production plant, acquisition of all the production equipment, validation and licensing.
Since November 2018, Plant Director of 4 Production Units.
Past experience give me the chance of work in multicultural environments which gave me strong skills managing teams. All the projects allowed me to get experience in business control, risk management and strategic planning.
