Worked for Novartis as Global eCompliance and Digital Lead where I managed a portfolio of technology initiatives and projects for personalized medicines, mature business areas and digital solutions across several IT divisions ranging from development, manufacturing to commercial. Now working for Roche at the Basel HQ as Head System Support and Compliance for the Small Molecules R&D organization, where I supports the digital transformation for implementation of new solutions as well operational support for existing systems. Special focus on risk based approach, digital health, resource management, application and validation of new technologies to GxP processes.
