Mr. Remy Olabode joined Genentech in April 2009 and currently serves as Program Manager within Facilities & Engineering Department in South San Francisco, CA. He is responsible for leading a 10-year strategic plan to consolidate and refurbish air handling units in commercial GMP production buildings.
Mr. Olabode brings over 20+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical operations and engineering, having held positions of increasing responsibility at both large pharmaceutical and engineering consulting companies. Prior to joining Genentech, Mr. Olabode spent eight years at Berlex Biosciences as Clinical Production Engineer and at Bayer Healthcare as Senior Process Development Engineer. Earlier in his career, Mr. Olabode served as Engineering Consultant at Quasar Engineering and as Senior Project Engineer at Polymer Technology Group.
Mr. Remy Olabode holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from San Jose State University, San Jose CA. He a licensed professional chemical engineer and holds Advanced Project Management certification from Stanford University.
