Raymond Boyse, PhD

Raymond Boyse is a process engineering Advisor at the Eli Lilly manufacturing site in Kinsale, Ireland. Raymond has worked previously in manufacturing operations, process development and commercialization of both drug substance and drug product. Upon joining Eli Lilly in 2016, Raymond was site technical leader for the design and installation of the new Small-Volume-Continuous manufacturing facility in Kinsale Ireland which received the FOYA award for process innovation in 2019. Raymond has worked in recent years on synthetic peptide manufacturing platforms incorporating innovative technologies such as continuous processing and nanofiltration for liquid phase peptide synthesis. Raymond holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh U.S.A.
