Prashant Sharma manages Manufacturing & Operations for Formulations across Zydus Cadila's entire mfg footprint. He is a part of Zydus Senior Leadership Team and has held leadership positions in Global Supply Chain, IT, Human Resources & Manufacturing/Operations portfolios in MNCs and Global Indian organizations. Many of Mr. Sharma's assignments focused on creating performance turnarounds and producing transformational results.

At Zydus, he led the creation of a Global Supply Chain team that produced benchmark results in agility, delivery and inventory. He also managed IT alongside Supply Chain focusing on business driven application development and led implementation of SAP at Global Sites. Mr. Sharma led PRISM, a global project focused on cost optimization as well as SLIM, an Operations focused initiative on Lean & Six Sigma. Over last 5 years, PRISM & SLIM have delivered significant cost savings. As the head of HR, he worked with the leadership to help Zydus navigate many complex changes in Talent Management Processes with relative ease and strong buy-in from business.
