Pierre Winnepenninckx holds a Master degree in Chemistry from the University of Liège and a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Université libre de Bruxelles (Belgium). This strong scientific foundation is complemented by extensive hands-on industry experience. Known for combining analytical rigor with practical problem-solving, Pierre brings clarity to complex topics that sit at the intersection of science, engineering, and GMP compliance.


From 2001 to 2011, Pierre played a leading role in the design and qualification of process equipment at GSK Bio, gaining first-hand experience with the realities of sterile manufacturing environments. In 2007, he founded No Deviation Pte Ltd, a consultancy focused on C&Q projects across Singapore Europe and China, which he successfully exit in 2026 and joined Fedegari as Global Innovation and strategy Director. His work has consistently emphasized risk-based approaches, aligned with ASTM E2500 and global regulatory guidance.


Actively involved in ISPE since 2012, Pierre supports ISPE’s mission to share knowledge and best practices across the industry. His training courses reflect this same goal: transforming guidance documents into usable, repeatable approaches that professionals can apply immediately in their projects.
