Philippe Cini, PhD

With extensive expertise in development, commercialization and supply chain, Philippe Cini leads a-connect’s CMC and Operations consulting global practice. Philippe brings more than 20 years of experience across a wide range of areas that are critical for Life Sciences companies, including process development and optimization, tech transfer, pre-approval inspections, plant turnarounds, and fit-for-purpose quality management systems. He is also an expert in Quality by Design and led an ISPE industry work group on the use of capability indices. Prior to joining a-connect, Philippe was a Vice President with Tunnell Consulting and a Partner in the Life Sciences Practice of IBM. Philippe had started his career as a process research scientist and modeler in the Specialty Chemical industry.
