Peter Luke

Peter is Corporate Project Vice President at Novo Nordisk A/S and brings over 25 years of project delivery experience in the pharmaceutical industry across Europe, the US, and Asia. Currently, he leads large investment projects in the API CapEx division at Novo Nordisk A/S. As an experienced project executive, he collaborates with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, understanding the importance of aligning diverse teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Peter has held a variety of positions at Novo Nordisk, including leading the corporate wide Investment Project Office as well as leading large investment projects. Before joining Novo Nordisk, he spent 18 years working as a design engineer, owner representative, and construction manager. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science from Denmark’s Technical University, an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School, and is PMI project management certified. Additionally, he has served on several commercial boards and is a Dispute Adjudication Board member at the Danish Institute of Arbitration. Peter has authored numerous papers on project and risk management and is a frequent speaker at conferences on these topics.
