Petch Ashida-Druar is currently Manager, Computer Systems Quality Assurance (CSQA) in R&D Global Quality Assurance at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), based in North Carolina. She joined GSK R&D IT group in 2002, working primarily on computer systems validation projects supporting GCP and GLP business processes, before moving to CSQA in 2012. In addition to conducting internal and external computer systems audits in the regulated space, Petch works with her counterpart in GSK Japan to assure computerized systems used in their R&D business area meet global regulatory and data integrity requirements. Petch received her BS degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, UK, and MS and Engineer’s Degree in Engineering Economic Systems and Operations Research from Stanford University. She is a member of ISPE GAMP Data Integrity Special Interest Group (SIG) and the Blockchain SIG.
