Paul Obringer received his bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) near Boston, MA. With over 25 years of experience including project and engineering management at major US corporations, Paul has continued to deliver measurable value and innovative solutions in facilities and engineering throughout his career.

He has extensive experience in optimizing manufacturing operations, equipment design and process development. Paul has built high-performing engineering and maintenance teams as well as lead significant capital projects for campus master planning and site expansions. He has lead cross functional teams responsible for greenfield plant start-ups for biologics & CAR-T Cell Therapy, HVAC, process equipment, and clean utilities. He also has extensive knowledge of lean methodologies and implementing lean six-sigma culture.

Paul is a contributing member and facilities track leader for ISPE with member ship since, 2002.
