Patricia (Trish) Melton, PhD, has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in manufacturing and service organizations. She is the Founder and Managing Director of MIME Solutions Ltd., a consultancy providing support to the global pharmaceutical industry for 19 years in topics such as project, quality, and risk management, and in developing organizational strategies such as corporate sustainability. Trish currently serves as the Chair of the Institution of Chemical Engineers Sustainability Hub and the Chair of the ISPE Guidance Documents Committee. She has been an ISPE member since 1997.
