Obinna Ugwu-Oju

Obinna is currently the Branch Chief of the Data Integrity Branch in CDER/OPQ’s Office of Surveillance where he oversees the curation of the CDER Catalog of manufacturing sites and the Site Selection Model that is used to prioritize sites for surveillance inspection. He started his career with the agency in CDER’s Office of Compliance Immediate Office as an Operations Research Analyst providing informatics and analytics support to the entire office. Before joining FDA, Obinna worked with Macfadden Associates (now part of PAE) as an enterprise search architect and has over twenty years of experience in data analytics and modeling. Obinna earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nigeria and his M.S. in Telecommunication and Computers from the George Washington University.
